Shopping at Zion Moda Casual and with our Partner Retailers is easy and safe.
You need to register on our website, for that click here.
After registering, choose the products you want to buy, select the size and color of your choice and click "add to cart" **, to finish click "buy" .
Then you can choose the payment method and the address where your order will be delivered.
At this stage, you can also check information about the delivery period, which can be differentiated according to the Partner Merchant of the chosen item.

**Placing the product in the Shopping Cart does not mean that you are buying this product or have a reservation to purchase the item, this only occurs after the completion of your order.
What payment methods are available on the website?
Credit card
Zion Moda Casual works with credit card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners and Elo.
We have an encryption system, ensuring the safety of your purchase.
Payment via credit card is subject to approval by the credit card company, once payment is confirmed, your order will be released.
Debit card
Zion Moda Casual works with the following banks for payment by debit card: Santander, Caixa Econômica Federal and Sicoob.

How do I track the delivery of my order?
Monitoring the delivery of your order is very simple and we advise you to always do so.
Just click on “ My Orders ” to check everything, from when it was carried out and approved, until it arrives at the carrier and, finally, it is delivered.
To do this, click on the arrow next to the order status.
Below the purchase items, there will be a timeline (tracking) with the entire step-by-step order until delivery is made.
In the timeline, after the product is delivered to the carrier, the tracking link will be enabled, below the “Order in separation” icon.
Ah! If your order was sent by post, it may need to be picked up at the agency itself, in this case, the address will be available in tracking.
The order must be withdrawn by the owner of the purchase, with an original document with a photo.
If you're browsing through the app, just click on "Track delivery" on the order you want to access.

What types of deliveries are available?
If your product is supplied by Zion Moda Casual , you can choose from 6 types of deliveries, depending on the chosen product and the region.
If your product is provided by a Merchant Partner (Marketplace), the delivery options are “Normal”, “Express” and “Scheduled”, depending on the Merchant Partner.
You can check the delivery types of your order on the checkout screen.
The deliveries offered for products supplied by Zion Moda Casual are:
Normal: Delivery takes place within 7 (seven) business days in the main capitals.
Express: For some regions within the main capitals, express delivery may take up to two business days.
To check if your region is within the coverage area, check the deadline for receiving your purchase on the payment page.
Remembering that only orders with payment confirmed in the system until 17:00 are eligible .
Scheduled: Scheduling will be carried out according to the periods available on the calendar, at the time of order closing. Valid exclusively for the state of Rio de Janeiro.
Pick up at the Post Office: Delivery is made at a post office, chosen at the time of purchase on the payment page.

After confirming the payment, you will receive an email with confirmation of purchase and other instructions for picking up your product at the store.
Super Expressa*: Delivery takes place on the same day until 10 pm, for orders placed up to 12 pm.
Orders placed after 12:00 until the end of the day will be delivered the following day by 10:00 pm.

* Super Express delivery takes place on the same day of purchase, until 10:00 pm, for orders with confirmed payment until 12:00 pm, from and Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm until the end of the day will be delivered the following day by 10:00 pm.
* Deliveries are valid for orders placed only with credit card and gift certificate, with delivery being made from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
This option is not valid for custom products and pre-order products.
How will I know that the order is available for pick up at the Zion Moda Casual store?
If, at the time of checkout, you opted to withdraw your order from the Zion Moda Casual store through the option Remove Zion Moda Casual , after completing the purchase, you will receive an e-mail and notification by cell phone informing the progress of your order.
We will notify you when payment is confirmed, when the order is in stock picking, when it is shipped, and when it is delivered to the Zion Moda Casual store so you can pick it up.
How to send the product for exchange or return?
Small items: must be returned by post, you will receive an email within 1 business day with the postage authorization code (or 3 business days if purchased from one of our Partner Merchants).
Take the product properly packaged to an Own or Franchise Post Office with DANFE (Auxiliary Document of Electronic Invoice) and the authorization code.
If you do not have the Invoice, you will need to complete the content declaration form.
After requesting the exchange of the product, how long does it take for the exchange order to be sent?
Upon arrival of the order in our stock, the product received goes through an analysis process that takes place within 5 working days and if approved, your exchange order is sent.
After sending the new product, you will be able to follow the progress of the delivery through the "Exchanges" page.
Is it safe to enter my credit card number at Zion Moda Casual?
At Zion Moda Casual all transactions carried out on our website are 100% secure and protected by the SSL ( Secure Socket Layer) system .
Credit card data are not stored in our database, as all transactions are carried out online directly in the credit operators' systems. Your registration data is also confidential.
