Delivery

We are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated on the customer's order form, which, in any case, must be within the national territory. In order to optimize delivery, the customer must indicate an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

We are not responsible for errors caused by delivery, when the address entered by the customer on the order form does not agree with reality or have been omitted.

Items purchased will be delivered to the person and/or company and to the address indicated by the indicated deadline.

In any case, our customer service department, will contact you by email according to the data provided to any incident and doubt.

Deadline

To find out the delivery period, choose one of our products and then enter your zip code and click on “CALCULAR”, the system will calculate the average period determined by the couriers via Pac and Sedex.

Delivery time is short-term and, therefore, an estimate may vary upwards or downwards due to logistical reasons or external factors such as excessive rainfall, risk areas and areas of difficult access.

Order ships within 3 business days of approved purchase.

The post office performs up to 3 delivery attempts, and if none of them are successful, your order may be waiting to be picked up at an agency near you.

Cost of freight

The shipping cost is calculated in the automatic system, and you can choose the shipping method by Pac, or Sedex, these values ​​are determined based on your zip code.

Tracking


You can track your order at any time after it ships. Do this: check the status of your order. Once shipped, click on tracking. The service is directly connected to the website of the Post Office or the Carrier, and the information contained therein is posted by them.

Safe

All products will be shipped SAFELY, in case of loss, loss or theft, a new product will be sent as soon as we receive formal confirmation from the post office as to what happened.
