EXPRESS DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery times:

Delivery times vary according to the city, state and type of freight chosen at the time of purchase (by post office or carrier).

This period starts to be counted from the authorization of the purchase by the credit card company.

It may take up to 24 hours for the card issuer to release. Purchases made and approved by midnight will be dispatched the following day, in case of a business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the first business day following authorization from the credit card company or financial institution.

Delivery of the order will be made according to the deadline determined by the Post Office for the region's zip code.

Check our deadlines table (counted from the approval of the card or bank): - São Paulo - capital and metropolitan region: 1 to 3 business days; - Interior of the State of São Paulo: 2 to 4 business days; - Amazonas, Maranhão and Roraima: up to 9 working days; - Other States of Brazil: 2 to 6 business days.

Express delivery:

The “Same Day Delivery” benefit is available to certain São Paulo (Capital) zip codes.

To obtain it, payment for the order must be confirmed by 12:00 for same day delivery.

After this time it will be delivered on the next business day.

The “Next Day Delivery” benefit is available to certain zip codes in major capitals and metropolitan areas.

To obtain it, payment for the order must be confirmed by 12:00 for next day delivery.

After this time it will be delivered on the next business day.

- The regular delivery period starts after payment confirmation.

- If your order has more than one item, these can be shipped separately, according to availability in stock;

- In cases of payment by credit card, the approval period is up to 48 hours;

- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm;

- The receipt of the order can be carried out by third parties, such as employees of the condominium/residence and relatives.

Possible reasons for your delivery delay:

- Delivery failures due to the customer's absence at the delivery address registered on the website;

- Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete registration address;

- Change of address;

- Unusual events for reasons inherent to our performance, such as natural accidents, general strikes and/or any other force majeure;

- Strike at the post office or means of transport without prior notice;

- Your address can be classified by the carrier as an area with a differentiated delivery period, under the justification of high risk of assault in the delivery area.

In these cases, the order must be collected in the Correios or centralizers environment.

This means that the delivery period is reset by Correios, randomly to the deadline definitions of Zion Fashion Casual and Accessories and without prior consultation.
